1. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Processing Time: Orders can be placed from Monday to Saturday. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • Confirmation Email: Confirmation emails will be sent once the order is placed and shipped. The confirmation details will contain tracking information which can be used to track the order.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time within the United States is 3 to 5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
  • International Delivery: For orders placed overseas, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location as well as the shipping method selected. Times may also differ due to customs clearance and local delivery procedures.
  • Remote Areas: For some hard-to-access areas, an additional fee of approximately $25 may apply. Most of these locations are outside urban centers, and we will notify you of any extra fees during checkout.

3. Methods Of Shipping And Carriers

4. Trackable Delivery System

All orders are shipped with trackable delivery services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification along with a link that allows you to track your package in real time until it arrives at your doorstep.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is 100% free on all orders, no minimum required.
  • Remote Area Surcharge: A $25 fee applies only for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations, as determined by the carrier. If applicable, this will be communicated prior to dispatch

6. International Shipping

Leather Elites is pleased to offer international shipping to most countries worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees required by your country’s customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delivery estimates for international orders may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and carrier performance.

7. Packages that could not be delivered

Packages returned to us due to incorrect addresses, refusal at delivery, or other delivery issues are considered undeliverable. In such cases, we will contact you immediately to arrange re-delivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for resending the package.

8. Packages that have gone missing or are damaged

Leather Elites takes great care in packing orders to prevent loss or damage during shipping. However, if a problem occurs, our support team is here to help. For lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team at support@leatherelites.com.

  • Filing a claim with the carrier
  • Issuing a replacement or refund if necessary
  • Customers are advised to inspect all delivered items immediately and report any issues within 7 days of receiving the order.

9. Limits for shipment

  • Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

10. Limits for shipment

Certain customs regulations and shipping laws may create restrictions in some locations even though we ship globally. If we are unable to ship to a particular location, this information will be provided before the order is processed.
